— Circle Walking Meditation —

A Work-In not a workout. A practice that you take out into your day. Make this your own practice. The examples below are intended to be suggestions and guides.

All you need is a 8 foot circle in the earth in your back yard.

1.  The Warm up

  • Series of movements activate & engage the central nervous system and internal organs.

  • From simply hopping in place, stretching, to gently bone beating the body.

2.  Activation

  • Movements that align the body, mind & breath into one rhythm.

  • Core activation is based on Dantian which translates from Chinese to mean “field of elixir.”

  • Seat of life force energy in the body... The concept of Dantian has roots in Taoist and
Buddhist traditions and is believed to be related to higher states of consciousness.

3. Training & Exercise

  • Exercises that promote longevity by activating the bodies core structure, muscles and organs.

  • Restore and promote the bodies natural healing ability.

  • Maintain a stable internal environment regardless of external challenges.
